1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as stated:

3 Account Use

3.1 Password Security

Players are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password and login information. Any activity that occurs within an account is considered to have been carried out by the registered account holder. 3.2 Personal Use

A crowm99 account is for personal use only. Transferring, selling, pledging or any form of transferring account rights to another party is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and loss of all balances.

The crowm99 platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) as the primary currency. All amounts displayed on the platform are in RM unless otherwise stated.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Limits

5.2 General Promotion Terms

6 Game Rules

6.1 Game Results

All game results on the crowm99 platform are generated by a certified random number generator (RNG) or by live dealers in live casino games. These results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical error.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of any technical error, system disruption or display inaccuracy that affects a game result, crowm99 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet amount to the player. Payouts based on technical errors will not be honoured.

6.3 Sports & Esports Betting

All accepted sports and esports bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system, unless the match or event is cancelled in accordance with the relevant sports rules. Displayed odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.

8 Player Conduct

8.2 Money Laundering

The crowm99 platform must not be used for any money laundering or other illicit financing activities. crowm99 cooperates fully with authorities in investigations relating to suspicious financial activity.

8.3 Interaction Standards

Players are required to behave politely and respectfully in all interactions with customer support staff or other players. Obscene language, threats or harassment may result in account suspension.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by crowm99

crowm99 reserves the right to suspend or close a Player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The player is found to have provided false information during registration
• There is suspicious or fraudulent activity on the account
• The player has breached any of the stated terms and conditions
• A request from a relevant authority
• The player is found to be below the required age limit

9.2 Voluntary Closure

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the Player once the required verification process is complete.

10 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

crowm99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profit, loss of data or business disruption.

crowm99's maximum liability to any Player shall not exceed the net deposit amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
